Always a great. Meal and good service.

Place is horrible. Manager and waiter are rude. Service has alot to be desired. Rushed out, couldn't even finish my coffee before dropping my check. Definately doesn't live up to the New Hyde Park restaurant. Gratuity was added into bill, how convenient with such poor service. Dont waste your time in this wanna be establishment.

Vincenzo the Executive Chef is a consummate professional. All the dishes come out with his "Special Touch". The wait staff is always warm and friendly. Best Pizza Restaurant in town.

Love this place. The pizza cant be beat. The servers are exceptional and never get my order incorrect. I admit, I am perticular on how my food is served and they take my requests in the detail. The salmon is delicious and fresh. Love the specials and pasta night leaves me pleasantly stuffed. I do have 1 complaint, the seats need some desperate attention. All the other Umberto restaurants are beautiful. Come on Umberto, we all deserve an upgrade.

We ate dinner here to celebrate my mother's birthday. The food is very good and so were the desserts.

By far has my favorite Sicilian and Grandma pizza slices. Delicious grilled chicken and broccoli rabe panini. One of my go to pizza places on the island.

This restaurant is beyond the really great pizza! Vincenzo is the chef extraordinaire. Italian dinners are first rate but look at the dinner specials from grilled veal chops to great fish dinners. Baked clams as an appetizer a must. Very attentive wait staff and very reasonable prices. Stuffed lobster is killer!

Terrible. I advise to never come here ever in your life. Staff was disgustingly rude, inconsiderate, I even heard foul language being spoken toward customers. They don’t deserve any money.

Excellent service. A group of us each had different dishes, all delicious. The eggplant is perfectly cooked, lightly breaded and nicely seasoned. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Been eating at this place and getting deliveries for 15 plus years. The last three out of four deliveries had food missing. We called each time and got the rest of our food but it took another hour. The last time an hour passed and the missing order was still not delivered. My wife called and asked for the manager. The manager stated he was too busy to come to the phone. When the delivery guy came he suggested that I should pick up so I can make sure everything is there. I said no need, please convey to your manager that we will never be back. This place used to be great. I dont know if theres a new manager or owner but even during recent dine in experiences the waitress was not very nice. This is the first bad review I ever written anywhere and Im no kid. They do not deserve your business. Stay away before it happens to you.

I've entertained for years, and have finally perfected...simplicity! I no longer go crazy to have the perfect mix. Having a get together-Umberto's is king for creating finger foods. Order one pie Sicilian and one of grandma and have them cut in 1/4's. Half tray of superb mini rice balls Half tray of marinated chicken skewers Half tray of baked zitiHalf tray of salad w feta cheeseI guarantee... You will be very happy and your guests will want more ! 🍀🍝

The best pizza ever...my favorite is the chicken part pizza

My delivery went from 45 minutes to an hour and a half. I had to eventually cancel my order and order from somewhere else. This happened to me twice! I will never order from there again. It’s a shame because the pizza is amazing.

It's the Best ..I get my fav Grandma's pie w calamita black olives n a cappuccino....delicious...

Great selection of Italian foods and the specialty pizza’s are excellent. Good prices and they have an excellent Italian Cheesecake made fresh.
